Cybear404 builds software for construction companies: the tools estimators, project managers, and owners need to find the right work, bid it well, and learn from every result.
We started as an automation studio for small businesses. Over the past year, our work with Mill Plain Electric grew into BidClaw, a bid-management system that captures opportunities from plan centers and email, scores them for Go/No-Go, and tracks every bid from first look to award. Building it alongside a working estimating department set our direction: build with the contractors who use the tools, not just for them.
We’re a founder-led studio that partners with a vetted network of specialists when projects call for it, so you always get the right expertise without the bloat.

Procore (read-only) and HubSpot today, parsed invitation emails and the plan centers you choose, and most anything with an API. If you’re signed up, the connector already exists; we switch it on and wire it in.
